Phulchowkiis located at the distance of about 14 kilometers from Kathmandu in the southeast side. It is the highest hill among the surrounding hill of Kathmandu valley with a height of 2,782 meters. The name Phulchowki means “Hills of Flowers,” and it is also the name of the famous Hindu goddess where many Hindu devotees make a pilgrimage tour to this site.
